A word on practicing...

"The more you practice, the better you get, the better you get, the more you like to play, the more you like to play, the more you practice, the more you practice, the better you get, the better you get, the more you like to play, the more you like to play, the more you practice, the more you practice, the better you get, the better you get, the more you like to play, ad infinitum."

Contained within these pages is everything you (student or parent) need to know about me and lessons, including a master schedule of lesson times, the monthly newsletter (The Piper), and any News. This will all be updated as often as anything changes.

Summer Lesson Schedule now posted!

Hello Everyone!

Gurnee:

The summer schedule request will be out next week. Please start looking at your calendars for the summer. I realize many are gone at various times for vacations, including myself, but it is best for students to keep up when they are home.

My schedule will be changing in the summer to accommodate orchestra rehearsals, thus, lessons will be on Mondays and Thursdays. Also, due to safety concerns A-Major will no longer allow us to teach after 8pm.

Also, please note the lessons schedule this month: NO lessons Sat., May 7 or Mon. May 30. Those lessons will be accounted for with the May6th dress rehearsal.

I’m sure the recital this weekend will be awesome! Thank you all so much for your help with this project—it was a lot of work, but a lot of fun!

Please see the Recital Info page for Spring Recital information.

Des Plaines: Congratulations to everyone on a phenomenal recital! Everyone played so well! I really hope you had a good time too.

The summer schedule request will be out next week. Please start looking at your calendars for the summer. I realize many are gone at various times for vacations, including myself, but it is best for students to keep up when they are home.

My schedule will remain the same, Wednesdays, although we could meet earlier in the day for those who wish to do so. The summer schedule will begin June 15th.

Also, please note there will be NO lessons June 8th because I’m out of town until Thursday that week.

Also, next week a flyer will be available for the summer Flute Day! I will be running twice this summer—sure to be a lot of fun!

Have a good month!
